Incorrect account credited for status

Hi all,

I am ANZ *G and a normal member for UA. I had a UA ticket but on Lufthansa flew Lufthansa metal. I was able to input both my accounts onto the Lufthansa system. When I checked in and issued boarding pass, I had my UA account attached onto the boarding pass. I checked both accounts today, my ANZ account was credited with the points and credit and not my UA. I wanted it to credit my UA account.

Firstly, I dont understand why it didnt credit to my UA account when I had it on my boarding pass and secondly, can I change it?

Very annoyed.

Firstly, this cannot be changed unfortunately. Secondly, just put ONLY the account you want credited on the booking - not both as you did. This just avoids the above situation happening.
