    No. Also, are you QF Gold/Platinum? 353 days in advance for Gold/Platinum, and down to 297 days for lower statuses.

    If AF flight number, I would think not. I believe it has to be Oneworld marketed AND operated. I.e. Oneworld metal and flight number. You did not mention whether you are flying First/Business/Economy as you could get access to lounges based on your fare class.
