The seats are all pretty decent. Window will be great if you are alone. The middle seats will be great if you are travelling with a partner. Row 1 and 4 may be a bit more noisy due to the proximity of the galley, bar and toilets.
I have flown in 4K and 4K several times, it has only 2 windows but I like it. No noise from galley or C class toilets at all and the middle seats E/F are placed a bit forward. No middle seats behind you obviously, making it feel pretty private.
