I'll be arriving on an SQ business class ticket into Auckland and then connecting (on a separate Air NZ ticket) to Queenstown. Can I access the domestic lounge during this transit?
Apart from the reply above, even if you had lounge access via status or same PNR flight booking.
Hopefully you would have about an hour to walk or get the interterminal bus from AKL int to AKL dom terminals.
SQ arrives int AKL int, (need some time for incoming immi processing and customs), and then the Air NZ dom flight will depart from the dom terminal at AKL, about a 15min walk away.

No unless... you've got Star Gold status or booked on a single ticket with an Air New Zealand ticket number.
