Hope some smart person does not choose this hotel to be one of those Covid "quarantine hotel" hotel places.Lots of the other hotels that I do stay in while in Melbourne, have been included in that list.

They still have their gates at T2 at SYD airport, don't they?I think their lounge is there as well.MEL probably would be T4, with a made do lounge, (if they already have one there), haven't had the need to use MEL T4 yet.

Thanks for this piece.Didn't realise the flight wasn't coming back.Had flown this MEL - WLG routce on the 777, was hoping to fly it on the 350, sad its not coming back for the forseeable future, no more cheap way to visit the KF lounge at MEL airport/Koru lounge at MEL, or to try the Koru at WLG ...

Possibly so, or they don't want to keep the staff on their books.They can always use partner lounges, like what it is with CHC, where they use the Manaia lounge.Also, no QF10 for the forseeable future from LHR to PER, its all partner, either with EK/AY/or Aer Lingus and then Znurch.
