How can I reclaim my tax refund which I was asked to post at Heathrow Airport because I was not holding my visa card. Items involved were bought at ASDA stores on Old kent Road in June 2011. The one posted at same airport bought at Primark have since been paid but ASDA has not. When contact when I went to london recently staff in ASDA could do nothing. I hope this is not a fraud. I want my tax refund. Kindly assist

Chris, I think you need to be asking the tax refund agency or chasing up ASDA again. If ASDA 'can do nothing' I don't think anybody here can do anything different!
