Wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with QF status credits not rolling over.
My membership year ticked over at the end of August, but none of my more than 1,000 status credits have been rolled over.
Called QF Frequent Flyer three times and they acknowledge ‘something went wrong’, but can’t give any indication as to when they’ll make it right. Last conversation (today) advised me to ‘call back in two weeks’.
Just curious if I’ve been unlucky, or if others have experienced issues with status credit rollovers too.
