When looking at Qantas' new international map, while I did notice new destinations such as Delhi and Rome, I notice pre-Covid destinations such as Shanghai, New York and Manila are missing.
Has Qantas quietly axed these routes? Or are they planning to resume next year?
Shanghai will open later in 2022 or 2023 when china opens, New York either then or when the A350 comes on board in 2024. Manila later when all the A380s are on to free up some A330s. Manila is also perfect for the A321-XLR when it arrives in 2024.
