Need to make a change to a Qantas OneWorld Award booking so of course this means a phone call to their call centre.
The couple of calls I have made have been answered by the overseas call centre which means they have no idea how to help. Previously I have found the local call centre much more knowledgeable with such things when there are some levels of complexity involved.
What is the trick to talking with a local one? Tried a weekend and weekday and no luck....

I just had a local change happen very quickly and smoothly.
