• Come this time next year, Qantas will have to remove all card surcharges and only charge what it costs them in transaction fees from the major card companies. I gather they are trying to get in as much as they can over the next year before the legislation takes effect. 

  • Though the exit row fee isn't too expensive - cheaper than what many overseas airlines charge on short haul. It's worth the extra money if not flying business.

  • A or K seats definitely. I selected 12A for two of my flights and wasn't disappointed. It was centre between the Lobby in front and the toilets behind. Good level of privacy and extra storage space was a plus.
