TruieI fully agree with you that the Melba Toast is much nicer than the " blinis " The " blinis " is the traditional way but Melba is better. ( First world problems !!)I really yearn for the Day when Lady Luck comes my way and I can fly with the Magnificent SQ First Class again.

I had the Caviar and lobster thermidor when I flew SQ in " Suites " a few years ago.The caviar was served by the crew but they made sure I got as many servings as I wanted and the lobster , well what can one say except " fabulous". Nice to see them bringing it back for the lucky few who can and d...

Yes, it probably is a bit of an overkill for the current route structure. Might be something to consider when VA starts International Ops again. For Transcontinental a seat that is more compact than such as SQ's new one would be the go.Having said that this new SQ seat would be fabulous, really lo...

I was having a look at seating available on QF Brisbane -Pert in April 2022 and see that they have "blocked off" a little over 1/3rd of Business Class seats on the A330. Doesn't make it very easy to get a reward seat when there's so many already blocked off!!!There a a couple but one wonders why ...
