Hi all, I just completed the Sustainability quiz on the Qantas wellness app as a step in acquiring green tier. Upon completing the last question and I hit the button to complete the quiz. Unfortunately the app issues an error notification which also to said to try again later. I’ve just gone back into the app, however the quiz has disappeared but the points and ‘green leaf’ are yet to appeared on my FF account. I’m hoping all is well and I’ve met the criteria but not sure how to be sure. Can anyone give me an idea how long it normally takes for the points to credit to your account from the wellness app? Thanks

The Wellness app has been a little buggy as of late. But points from the app are usually credited to your QF account: (a.) weekly for exercising, and (b.) instantly for doing a quiz. If your quiz points haven't appeared instantly, then I'd be concerned something has gone wrong.

Thanks for the info. My partners quiz points arrived overnight (after about 12 hours) after encountering the same error I had but I can't remember If I undertook the same sequence, looks like I may have to chase them down. Potentially looking forward to several hours on the phone to Qantas.
