Hi, I became a Qantas Silver FF on June 5th, I was told by Qantas to wait 10-14 business days for the new membership pack to arrive, but it is yet to arrive.
After ringing Qantas, they told me it was sent on the 19th June, and that if I hadn't received it by now, then it's probably lost, and they have sent me out another (they are posting from MEL to me in SYD).
Has this happened to anyone else before?

Hasn't happened to me but then again the Frequent Flyer packs (or actually even hotel loyalty packs) have never been the fastest items to arrive. They always seem to take quite some time to get delivered for some reason. I wouldn't worry... give it more time and you will get it. My Velocity pack took over a month to get to me and my Hilton pack took well over a month.
Thanks for the reassurance. Yeah I've read a few other forums and they seem to say what you have said, it's quite strange it takes so long!

I became gold QFF on June 10th and received my package last week, my wife became silver QFF at the same time and nothing has arrived for her as yet, so I wouldn't worry too much yet.
My wifes silver package was in the mail this afternoon, so hopefully yours will be delivered soon too.
Great to hear, I really hope I get mine soon as well!!

Firstly congrats, you can pay $30 bucks i think if you want it sent off to you by express post. it takes 3-5 working days.

Just received my QFF Gold package, exactly 14 calendar days after qualifying.
still waiting on both first and/or second pack, I have checked my address with them every time so I know that that isn't an issue, I was told to wait until the end of this week before calling again, but I feel that I have had quite a bad experience with this, I'm really disappointed, this is my first status upgrade with Qantas :(
Something is obviously wrong, it's been 5 weeks now. Is your mail box secure?
What do you think I should say to QFF the next time that I am on the phone to them, and when do you think I should call again?
I would call again on Monday if it hasn't arrived by then, just push the point that you have not received it.
Yeah my mailbox is a locked box so it's secure as it can be, my address is certainly right I have checked it numerous times. Will give them a call tomorrow to try and sort this out again!
