RETRIEVING OLD EXPIRED KRISFLYER ACCOUNT NUMBER

I am trying to retrieve my old KrisFlyer account number that is now expired. I have absolutely no record of this number and no one at KrisFlyer is unable to provide any clarity upon request.

I am wanting to know this because I am unable to link my Velocity account to my new KrisFlyer account that was created using the same details as the old expired Krisflyer account.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you have previously linked the velocity and Kris flyer account details then surely embedded within velocity would be the Kris details? All the best 👍
