Does anyone know if there are any websites for non-travel agents that provide the number of available seats in each booking class (for example F, J, Y, M, K, etc) by flight number? I knew of a few many years ago, but these ones have long gone. Proved very useful for planning multi-sector itineraries.
Yes such a resource is available with Expert Flyer but you'll have to pay for it.
Basic access cost USD 4.99 per month while Premium cost USD 9.99 per month. With the Premium option there is an option to purchase a year's worth of access at USD 99.99 (savings of USD 19.89)
It really is worth it to have that level of visibility and not have to rely on travel agents or the quirks of each airline's online booking site.

I don't think they'd allow any joe blogs to access that information as it is more than likely commercially sensitive
