I'm flying American Airlines Washington (IAD) to DFW next month - It seems that there's no Admirals Club at IAD... Just wondering what my lounge options are there

I believe AA closed this about 2 years ago. The is a BA lounge that operates at terminal B, however AA operate from the main terminal so you will not be able to access that. I don't believe there any other options for lounge access at IAD.
