Does anyone know the date when ANZ will use the Dreamliner AKL-SYD or AKL-BNE (which ever comes first) before the inaugral flight to Perth?

Does anyone know the date when ANZ will use the Dreamliner AKL-SYD or AKL-BNE (which ever comes first) before the inaugral flight to Perth? Will this be determined closer to the time once they recieve the new aircraft?

It is hard to tell. The aircraft will be placed with no advertising.

When the NZ 777-300ER was placed on these 'testing routes' I saw it was on a AKL-BNE flight. I booked it, then three days before they swapped it for a 747-400.

To be safe, book a AKL-PER flight. Or; an AKL-SYD or MEL or BNE flight when they are advertised on the NZ website later in the year.

The AKL-PER flights are already loaded via their website from October 15th. Nothing else really. If they advertise flights across to the ditch to the east coast probably best to purchase a  flexi flight therefor get a refund if needed.
