Whilst Qantas has made changes to the FF points scheme which is annoying at best but hardly worth a generic rant post - particularly given the extensive analysis provided on this site I'm not following why you would seek to assert that Qantas is seeking to alienate "all of us"...

My own personal experiences so far this year have been incredibly positive - which is a huge tick for the customer facing people at Qantas. Of those factors within their control I've found the service, OTP, and even aircraft to be excellent...I've had to undertake a couple of sectors home from AKL on Emirates and whilst it's a nice big plane - gee the service is cold and disconnected - there seems to be some undiagnosed cultural issues at play with their cabin crews (a point backed up by a comment from someone working at the hotels they stay at in Auckland).

So Robert, is there something specific that they have done to you or all of us that leads you to assert that they are alienating all of us?

Feel free to share...

Well not to talk about increased points to up grade, poor and in consistant service.Last month the they told me i can not bring my blo up matress to go on top of my First class seat.2nd i bought my organic eggs to be cooked prior to arrival in SYD.Can not do that any more. And i get the Neil P crap.

A blow-up mattress would be a safety issue and bring your own eggs to have cooked would be a health issue.

I think you have some unrealistic expectations, even as an over-entitled P1.

Oh god you're *that* type of client we regularly laugh at in here. Oh man, I needed a laugh after today's awful news - you know, actual world aviation problems instead of -AHAHAHAOMG- why you can't bring your blow up mattress into first class any more. *wipes tears*

If it means getting as far away from you as possible when stuck on the same plane, then gladly yes.

You're unhappy because your blow-up mattress and organic eggs aren't permitted onboard?  What next, you want to bring your own blow-up sex doll?

Definition of an over-entitled psychologically arrested manchild.
