David...Noted.I am just a very pissed QF P1 FF.I will drop name calling.I will continue to state my case on all sites to get changes at Qantas.This was a once great airline..but some still think its great ..I see it over the past 30 years.And believe i am right.
The whole airline industry has changed over the last 30 years. Things change. Some for the better some for the worst.
For the better, remember even as far back as 10 years ago long haul business class for the most part was a sit-up seat. Now we have beds of 4 hour trans con domestic flights. I also remember not all that long ago that there was only a Qantas club at domestic ports, now at a few there are now business class lounges offering waiter service. So no not everything is backwards, Qantas is simply asapting to the needs of the customer and the reality of how to deliver that at the right cost. some win, some loose. Clearly your in the later catagory, not happy fly someone else. It is so simple. Though be careful the grass is not always greener elsewhere.
A C drve, what is one of them? I thought only computers had them.
As for packed lounges, guess it goes to prove that many are still flying Qantas, which in turn means they haven't alientated everyone as per your first assertion.
