Does anyone know which month the QF First Class lounge menu switches from 'Winter' to 'summer'?

Does anyone know which month the QF First Class lounge menu switches from 'Winter' to 'summer'? A bit of a random question I know, but any info appreciated!

December 1st is the usual cut-over for the summer menu, which runs through to the end of February. But between winter and summer is of course spring, and the lounge's spring menu comes on around September 1st.

I thought that perhaps the menu changeover just followed the summer/winter timetable seasons.
