According to the Star Alliance website Asiana Apparatley had a loungue contract with China Airlines. Also depending on which terminal you depart from you of course have the option of the star alliance loungues at SFO, being Singapore, Eva Air and United loungues.

Great thanks, I checked out this lounge finder and came up with the options. Looks like the united club has been done up but reviews seem to suggest the SQ lounge may be a better option..
