I flew from Dublin to JFK last year. The Pre Clearance facility in Dublin is excellent. All US Immigration and customs are taken care of in Dublin. I was flying with Aer Lingus and you land at the JetBlue T5 domestic terminal. I was in my car within 15 minutes of landing and on my way to the hotel.

US Immigration/Custom Clearance Ireland.
Has anyone flown a transatlantic flight from DUB to the US?
Do passengers clear customs and immigration at DUB before departing?
When arriving in the US, will the flight be considered a "domestic" flight for the purpose of connections i.e. less time is required for connections?
