Have Flights booked through a corporate travel CBR - MKY. Way up is on QF and way back is on VA. I logged into Velocity to check on VA flights and the second QF flight (QF2512) from BNE-MKY operated by Sunstate also appears in my Velocity account. Anyone know why this woould happen?

Its booked under the same e-ticket with the travel agent

I've had this issue before - if you have a status with either airline, phone them up to discuss the issue as it can cause issues when checking in.
I am Platinum with Virgin and even though my FF number was in the booking it didn't register.
