I don't believe so. You could see if you can get your hands on a Qantas lounge pass. They're often for sale (against the Ts & Cs of the pass) at various places on the Internet.

You can usually pay to access koru lounges. Unsure about the one in melbourne never had a need to look.

As said by sgb, Koru lounge access is no longer able to be purchased.

This question has been asked a bit lately, and what we are now told is 'No', AirNz Koru Lounge no longer take paid entry. (Melbourne).

If you pay Jetstar for a Max bundle you will get Qantas Business lounge access (subject to it being open at the time) along with a bunch of other benefits.
Appears you can now do this after booking.
