In my experience not many flights have them. Im booked in March and Skbed 1 on both flights unless i get lucky with a possible aircraft swap. To be honest anything is better that the old 767 recliner. I don't think flat beds will be a definate till Q3 2016. I'm sure I read somewhere that the last 2 A330-200's (EBG & EBL) with Skybed 1 will be the last to go in for refurbishment and these birds do most of the HNL flying.
Sometimes, but less often compared to other routes
The refurb process is still ongoing - 8/10 333s and 9/18 332s as at today, and will be completed in the 2H of the year (my educated guess is by end August)
