Hard to say - what does the seat map tell you for your date.
Right now it is almost exclusively a 332 with Skybeds route (VH-EBG and EBL). A random check of ExpertFlyer seat maps suggests this is still be the case in June (which would suggest they move onto the Recaro equipped fleet after EBM).
So at this stage I would say a low probability, but a sub is always a possibility.
I tried ExpertFlyer too and jumped forward a month at a time to see if I could find a change. Mid Feb 17 is still showing a 2-2-2 seat plan. Possibly QF haven't loaded the change I seat map yet, or the upgrades finish later than I thought.

As of today :
9/10 330-300s with QPJ left
11/18 330-200s with EBM (Millennium), EBO-EBR (Recaro), EBG,EBL (SkyBedI) left
(in brackets represents the business class seats)
