How are you supposed to say the names of Boeing planes? For example: should you say seven-three-seven or seven-thirty-seven, should you say seven-eight-seven or seven-eighty-seven?

Boeing seems to be pronounced as the three individual numbers (seven three seven)
Airbus seems to use American pronounciation for hundreds (three eighty, three nineteen)

Generally individual numbers, but triple can be used
- 'triple seven' for Boeing 777, 'triple three' for the Airbus A330-300, and enty ends for the Airbus planes ending in zero. So 'three-thirty' for the Generic 330 but 'three-three-two' for the 330-200

Thank you for the answers everyone. I have been pronouncing it with three individual numbers (seven three seven) but I have heard it been pronounced the other way which was why I was confused. Thanks for the clarification.
