Refurb of QF Domestic Business Lounge BNE

Does anyone know how Qantas are progressing on the refurbishment of the QF BNE Business Lounge?

Hi David, apologies I was referring to the domestic business lounge, I believe they were refrubishing it this year as well?

The construction has well and truly started with scaffolding installed and the concrete pour well progressed on the terminal expansion. BNE website has further information.

Qantas have installed opaque window stickers over the windows that face the Qantas Valet area and as Mark says scaffold is up and underway. I asked one of the staff last week when they thought it would be open and the answer was 2017

All the new or revamped Qantas domestic lounges at Brisbane will see a staggered opening from early 2017.

The staff i spoke to seemed to think the BNE DOM QP and Business Lounge would be mid to late 2017

Having just been in the lounge 10 minutes ago I would suggest a time frame of close to 12 months before this opens.
