Anyone have any info on increasing frequency of cancellation QF 717 services. Every week there are cancellations BNE - TSV, sometimes 3 or 4 a week. Poor service to be constantly dumping people onto a Q400 when expecting a 717.
aircraft type can always change (from what is scheduled). that's the airline biz and can be due to maintenance/unscheduled events/demand... do you fly on this route often?
I fly it all the time, once or twice here or there you can understand, but every week to substitute aircraft from a Jet to a turbo prop and the obvious loss of service that accompanies that is poor service on behalf of QF. My question was asked in the hope that someone else who flies TSV- BNE regularly might have some info as I get nothing from QF other than the standard reply.
