Pricing error. Except when it involves Australia it's never mistakenly too cheap but too expensive. Lol! That's my conspiracy theory.

Ah, someone else confused by the CX website - I thought I was alone.
Call me old-fashioned but I actually enjoy booking on line rather than a phone App but with CX you can't do it any more. I will explain: I often go Brisbane to London. It you tap that into the website even months in advance, you get 38hrs outwards, and you have to return using London Gatwick (not Heathrow), for their advertised $6500-ish figure. Occasionally you get the 24hr flight but when you click on the return journey it always flashes up 'Premium Economy only'.
You could click the 'other option' which starts at $9500 but that makes for silly money.
However if you go to their APP, you get the fastest times and all the flights and all the choices - LHR too- all for the $6500, and no bint of a Prem Eco.
I am too concerned that I arrive at check-in only to be told my Business was downgraded Prem Eco. So I dare not book. I go Singapore instead.
I have tried to explaing this to CX on several occaisons but they just say 'reload the website'.
Anyone fancy trying the problem as reporting back?
