I looked into the premium stopover when i was facing a similar transit to you earlier in the year, however it was only valid when transit time was less than 12 hours - it's somewhere in the small print in the T&C's and confirmed over the phone with a CSR at the time. May have changed since, I went QR via DOH instead.

You could test your eligibility against their premium stopover for business class that offers one free night.

The transit hotel at the airport is very good, although probably not for 20 hours. We had around 8 hours and it was fine.
