I have the Qantas Ultimate card which I understand comes with 2 complimentary passes for the lounge, however am I able to say "lend" my card to my parents (I will not be flying) so that they can use the passes instead?
No only the card holder or a person travelling with the cardholder can use the AMEX lounge pass. This is different to the Qantas passes which is transferable

No, but i think you could get a supplementary card - with one of their names on it, and their entry would count as the 2 complimentary passes
