I'm a gold ff with qf wanting to use the emirates lounge before fridays QF1 departure(15:55), however I am unsure if the EK Lounge will be open as the next EK departure is at 19:20 and the previous one is 07:50. Thoughts anyone?
Yes, I’ve used it before QF1 a few times, as well as prior to QF139. The only time I’ve ever been caught out was with QF127, the mid-morning HK departure - apparently the lounge closes for a few hours after the early morning EK flight to DXB.

It is usually three hours before flights. I got kicked out an Emirates lounge in Paris for a couple of hours for this reason

As far as I know it's always three hours before first flight.
