Need an advise how to go about getting my full refund for a fully flexible ticked booked and cancelled next day for a one way return ticket to Aust. ???
Short story is that this ticket was booked under COVID-19 conditions after my return ticket cancelled by Qantas.
Yes, I am one of the 35K Australians still trying to get back in.
At the time of booking there was no mentioned of any cancellation / service fee. I have asked for it specifically and told that no cancellation / service fee, which was a recorded conversation.
Yet I was hit with around 2K of fees when they refunded my ticket.
Many attempts to get the Qatar Air to pay in full have failed with usual “ sorry but charges stays” crap.
Have applied for charge back from my credit card, but they don’t seem to understand it.
Where do I go to get a response from Qatar Air and get them pay the refund in full for the fully flexible ticket booked and cancelled next day. ???
