Wondering how early you can check in with BA at T3 if you are on one of their short haul europe flights? is it all day? keen to use the QF lounge before they shut in the afternoon
Hi JA, The BA website has some information. You can check-in online up to 24 hours in advance. Bag drop depends on what class of travel you are taking as per the information and table below.
If you have baggage to check in, print your baggage
tags at a check-in kiosk (even if you have already checked in), attach
them to your bags and drop your bags at a Bag Drop desk.
The Bag Drop desks are open at the following times:
Cabin or Executive Club tier
Opening times
First
Club World
Club Europe
Executive Club Gold, Silver and Bronze Members
From 05:00 on the day of departure
World Traveller
World Traveller Plus
Euro Traveller
From 3 hours before your flight departure time, but not before the earliest opening time of 05:00

If my memory is correct, check-in for most BA flights at LHR and at most European airports doesn't open till about 3 hours before departure.
