Singapore to Sydney 1st Class Reward - Flight Preference

I just returnd on the 000.45am service, very much a sleeper service although in first you can still make it a good dinign experience but crew encourage sleep I find. The 00.45 departure also a shocker for the sleep pattern!

Frequent flyers, what sleeping pills do you use and recommend?
Jun 02, 2019, 04:14 PMTemazapam for me although you need a prescription. Find I get a good 7 - 8 hours and feel OK upon waking. Alcohol doesn't seem to interfere too much either - obviously within reason though.
