Nov 20, 2020, 06:35 PMSo I called them and apparently they said all the credits would be extended to March next year, however it wasn't showing up in my account and had to change it manually for me and provided me a reference number in case something goes wrong again.

FF Account Potentially Hacked
Feb 26, 2020, 01:05 PMVery weird scenario.Normally one would call and enquire about the suspended account first rather than create a new account and ask for the transfer of the points. Are you sure the original account was hacked? Or there was something shady going on?
