I say, michael@... , if by 'inconsiderates' who've paid (as much as you) to sit at the pointy end (i.e. business class), boarding on time means doing so before the door closes. I've never, in all my days, been on a flight delayed by more than 3-4 (let's call it 5) minutes by a late boarding...
