With all the focus on QFF over the past it's surprising how VA/Velocity have seemed to avoid any real inspection and fair critcism.
Velocity is doing what everyone was criticising QFF for, which is listing both their rewards flights and full points flights together. This is surely misleading, and time consuming when searching for flights.
Velocity provide no ability to filter to just rewards flights which at least Qantas did provide under the previous structure.
It's now time for VA/Velocity to rectify this and provide the option to search and filter for only reward flights... just like Qantas now do.
