Day 2 of the reboot. Boarding QF740 this morning was the same joke it's always been. Both queues boarded at the same time and staff don't care who is in which queue. Why promote something they are going to make no attempt at?

The article says the Premium Boarding Lane will still be open for those eligible to board at their leisure. So when arriving from the Lounge you will still have a dedicated and mostly empty lane.

This is really great news. Everybody knows things work better after turning it off and then back on again! If they get it right, be sure to reinforce to the gate personal how appreciative you are :) What a time to be alive!

Almost all the critical comments are from the original article and the concept designs. I really don't like how the updated release information is mixed in with the old news. On my phone I had trouble seeing what was concept and what were the new pictures.

I have around a 90% success rate from Full Flex to Business as a Platinum FF. I keep away from school holidays often choose a weekend and fly mainly in SE Asia. I'm pretty happy with that.

Usually three days. If you have issues just keep the registration email to sort things out. If you are Platinum or above it takes no time on the phone to sort out. If you are Bronze it may be quicker to try using the Facebook Qantas page and message them with the details.

I like the increase in related stories. Especially the watches and tech. I also think the annual survey gives AusBT a very good idea of what interests visitors to the site. Keep up the great work.
