I had the same problem on my most recent trip. Website would allow me to select a different seat but when I clicked ok, it kept reverting back to the one originally allocated. I wasn't too fussed since I was just trying to change from 2K to 5A, in the end I think 2K was better. Only happened wit...

  • I agree - the lunch and dinner options in Qantas business can be a bit light on the BNE-SYD vv route - usually a choice of a salad or a soup or a cheese plate. • Do QF platinums still get access to twin seats for free? I flew EK on a QF codeshare a few months back and it was showing a charge to select the twin seats as QF platinum. I asked about it and was told that it was only a Skywards platinum benefit, not QF platinum.

  • Did you log into your booking on the EK website with the EK PNR, check your QFF number is correctly entered and then try to select seats yourself? I seem to remember that when you do this, the Emirates system recognises you as QF platinum and opens up more seats on the seat map (not on the Qantas...
