Is anyone else having issues receiving their Qantas FF points and status credits after flying eligible services on Jetstar?
I have flown JQ Business Max to Asia twice in recent months and, in both cases, have still not received associated points and status credits. For all flights, there was a subscript on the boarding pass confirming that I would receive points.
I have lodged a missing points request via the FF portal for my first trip but the resolution time quoted has come and gone with no further contact received.

Hi reeves35,
When I log into my QFF account and go to my Activity Statement there is a message at the top of the screen saying...
Notice: We’re experiencing some delays in the processing of Qantas Points and Status Credits earned on eligible transactions. The issue has now been resolved and all accounts will be updated to reflect the correct balance by 24 February 2023. We recommend checking your Activity statement online or via the Qantas App to confirm your account has been updated on this date. Please note, any transaction processed during this time will be backdated to the activity date for the purpose of points expiry and tier processing.
This may answer the question for you. Maybe review the situation after 24/2/23.

I have three flight claims for Jetstar flights to Asia that are still unresolved, from 1 Nov, 8 Jan and 22 Jan. As they were Max flights the outstanding status credits amount to 150 SC. Received the same notice to check back after 24 Feb, now its 27 Feb and still not credited to my account.
