Seatguru suggests that the A330s on Wednesday and Thursday are both international configs as well as the 777-300ERs on other days, but I can't be sure about that.

It has to be an international flight... All CX flights are international since there are no domestic sectors in Hong Kong.

As for configuration... Just like any other airline it is a matter of what happens on the day. I have flown CX on flights where I have had a Regional config on one day and a long haul config on another. If it is a 777-300ER you are pretty safe that it is a long haul config. Not so much with A330's as they do have both.

Currently Monday to Thursday is sold with premium economy, hence international configuration.

A dummy booking will show the seating plan for any given flight.

But as AusFlyer suggests, they are subject to change on the day.

Same here, substitute 'long haul' for 'international' in my first response.
