Why is a ANA 777-300ER Parked at Sydney Airport? Are they thinking of flying here?

Charter flight? Probably the same delegation that was spotted at Wellington four days ago:  http://nz.finance.yahoo.com/news/wellington-airport-welcomes-ana-777-203556135.html

There seems to be some negotations going on for an Australia-Japan FTA so it's probably to do with that:

No, ANA is not flying there.

I believe it is a chartered ANA 77W that carried a high-ranking Japaneese delegation to Wellington, New Zealand. However, since Wellington has a short runway, most widebodies have to stop in Australia en route as a mandatory fuel stop.

It's a charter. It flew direct from Tokyo to Wellington but due to runway length in Wellington, it has to stop to refuel in Sydney on the way back to Tokyo

It's actually spent two nights in CBR. It left yesterday afternoon. Check the CBR Airport Twitter feed for photos.

That is seriously one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
