If it's a question of which paid lounge in SIN is the best option for a shower (which in my experience it usually ends up being), I'd vote for the T1 rooftop swimming pool.
If T1 I would say Skview, T2 Greenmarket, but haven't done the T3 PP lounges.
On the photos on the PP website I would actually say photos of Ambassador look pretty average. There is a 5min video of the dnata lounge on youtube that looks OK. But don't expect much in any of the PP lounges.
The third choice the Haven is landside (which I assume you realised in your post) and actually looks decent.
