Can I double claim points? Curious to know if I can claim for points on two allied frequent flyer programs if I am a member of both... For example, could I claim points/status for a CX flight on both QFF and Marco Polo Club? Or an Etihad flight on both Etihad's program and Virgin Australia's?
There are some cases where you *can* double-claim points, e.g. Hilton will credit you both HHonors points and Velocity points for every stay.
It is sometimes possible to use one account for status recognition and earning, and one for points earning; but claiming points AND status twice is basically never possible.

Generally not.
