Hi, Well i have a credit with singapore airlines for $1300, as i had to cancel my japan trip. So now i wan t to go to mexico and im still undecided if i should use the credit now or not. As if i do ill have to just fly to the US with it and then buy a ticket onto mexico city.

So should i just save it for another time or use it. The only problem if i save it, it has to be used by march 2013.

Hi Joe, so you're bascially asking if you should go to Mexico (via the US) now or later, or if you should be considering another trip entirely?

Sorry, which is it - US now/later _or_ another trip entirely?

I'm actually having trouble understanding exacty what you're asking for. March 2013 is six months away, plenty of time to book a US trip or consider something else again, it depends entirely on wgere you want to go and that's up to you.

Lots of alternatives for the money.find one you like and go with that.I had the same problem in 2011 for Cairo but thanks to help from my family was able to swap the ticket there to go to London Instead.

Joe your question is far too unfocused. Can I suggest you make a list of places you intend to visit, indicating the time frames for each of those intended trips. Perhaps then your predicament can be logically and systematically assessed to extract the best value from the use of your SQ credit.
