Velocity reward disappeared completely from view?

Velocity reward disappeared completely from view? Anyone else see that when searching via 'points plus pay' with velocity which is the only way to book a reward ticket, there are now only saver and flexi fares displayed at about 6 times the cost of a regular reward ticket, with the reward tickets completely disappearing from any search? I've submitted a query to virgin via their plat email address but still waiting for a reply, you could do it over the phone but going through a day by day check in a certain time period for reward availability could take hours.

I just did a quick search - Adelaide to Melbourne for next month.  Comes up with the usual result (10900 points each way for Economy Reward flight  and 17500 for Business class)

Is it possible that it is not displaying due to no available redemption awards in the fare bucket that you are wishing to access?

Are you able to check availability for a reward sector in the desired bucket range with SQ direct?

I find the 'Economy Reward' & 'Business Reward' columns auto-hide when there's no available seats on any of the flights in the search results (both domestic & international).

Suggest calling the VA GCC to double check & confirm nil availability on your dates, but otherwise you might be out of luck!
