Yeah, no, nah - not doing it for me, design-wise. JMO (Just my opinion).The pics certainly don't look inspiring - or even remotely 'aspirational'. Kudos to Matt for his lamb dish ... but 'grilled lettuce' ??? Seriously ? I couldn't - in my wildest dreams - consider that as anything tasteful, let alone visually attractive. Experimental it may be, but it would simply be something pushed to the side and left on the plate, IMO.

Just spent 5 weeks in the USA and entered and left - internationally - via LAX, which I haven't been through in 4 years.My arrival time on Fiji Airways from SYD/NAN into LAX was at 2pm in the afternoon. Including luggage collection and CBP it took approximately 45-50 minutes to exit the terminal....
