SQ only has Premium Economy available on their A380, B777-300ER and A350 aircraft. Brisbane is currently only served by the A330 and B777-200ER aircraft. I believe the plan is to progressively replace the A330s with A350s but I would think this is unlikely to happen in the next 18 months, they have just only updated one daily flight to a B777 with flat beds.
For PE options, you could fly via SYD or MEL, or you could look to CX as they will be flying their A350 direct to Brisbane. CZ would be another option via Guangzhou.
Cheers Simon. Cheers for the input. Wanting to stay with the Virgin/Singapore Airlines as I'm about to hit Platinum with Virgin. So I contacted the airline directly and it was like talking to a tree stump. It appears the price does not change that much even though they don't offer the full PE seating all the way to London. I'll wait and see we have until about August to book and confirm. Hopefully they update the flights.
SQ via Syd has 2 flights a day that are supposed to be PE however since the beginning of the year 62% of the planes flying SQ222 have only been 3-class load-out. I'm supposed to be on that flight in early April so who knows what will happen. Not going to be happy if we're shoved back into Y (and flying BNE-SYD so we can go PE)....
(have been tracking plane registrations so I know which ones are what)

Hello all.
Wanting to travel PE Bris to Lon July 2018. I have note that only the Sing/Lon and on the return  leg is PE.
Does anyone know if the Bris/Sing leg will be refurb by July 2018 to be PE all the way?

Yeah I'm thinking we are going to Economy to London. Use all my kris miles to return Business class via redemption..
I received a reply from SA which wasn't any real help..
